Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist end-users with hardware installation, software troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity issues via phone and remote tools.
- Perform System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications on a variety of devices.
- Document Solutions: Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions to improve our knowledge base.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with senior IT staff on larger system upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
- Flexible Schedule Management: Adapt to varying support demands while maintaining a healthy work-life balance within our flexible hours framework.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus.
