Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve infrastructure.
- Conduct basic user training on company software and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and obtain industry certifications.
