Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist end-users with password resets, account management, and application queries.
- Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Document all help desk tickets and technical resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows 10/11, Mac OS) and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to diagnosing technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse users.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
