As a Trainee, you will receive top-tier mentorship from senior engineers while actively supporting our internal infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring our business operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11, Linux).
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new security protocols and IT solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to resolve complex connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
