Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Respond to Help Desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.

Qualifications
