Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Log and track technical support tickets in our central system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and security patches under supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to internal staff.
- Participate in weekly technical training sessions and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
