Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations with enterprise applications
- Document IT incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system with 95% accuracy
- Assist in network infrastructure maintenance including switches and Wi-Fi access points
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability scanning
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system migrations and upgrades
- Complete 40+ hours of annual technical training/certification requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services (Azure/GCP)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting (printers, peripherals)
- Excellent written/verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
