Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network monitoring and basic system administration
- Document IT incidents and maintenance activities
- Collaborate on cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Support cloud service deployments (Azure/AWS)
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory
- Learn and apply ITIL framework principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
