Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Document technical tickets and solutions in the Service Desk system.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via phone, email, and in-person.
- Collaborate with the network team to monitor server health and performance.
- Provide basic training to staff on new software applications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (A+, Network+) during employment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.
