Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage and track IT helpdesk tickets using Service Management software.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network security protocols.
- Perform regular system backups and software updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) on company sponsorship.
