Your Role:
You will work closely with senior IT staff to resolve user issues, maintain hardware, and support our growing client base. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates or career changers.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor IT inventory and report on equipment status.
- Maintain a clean and organized helpdesk environment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT is a plus but not required).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
