- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Learn and apply knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve workflow and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
