Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Document service tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with network security protocols and system updates
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to accommodate variable schedules (evenings/weekends)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Enrollment in IT degree program or relevant bootcamp a plus
