Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems under supervision
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and user access issues
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with hardware upgrades, software patches, and asset inventory
- Support end-users via ticketing systems, chat, and remote assistance
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and security audits
- Collaborate with senior technicians on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CompTIA A+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments
- Pass background check and drug screening

- Must reside within 50 miles of Corpus Christi
