Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop workstations
- Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training period)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in various office environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
