Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network connectivity and peripheral troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and customer interactions
- Participate in training modules covering security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex ticket resolution
- Support office technology deployments and upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Customer service experience or technical certifications a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
