Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printer malfunctions, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment.
- Document technical resolutions and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new IT best practices and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in a structured training program.
