Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure company-issued hardware including laptops, peripherals, and network devices
- Diagnose and resolve user hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Install and update operating systems, software patches, and security tools
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi setup, and basic server administration
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in regular training sessions and certification prep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work with hardware components
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- US citizenship or work authorization required
- Pass background check and drug screening
