Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 500+ users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (workstations, servers, printers)
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments and enterprise applications
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Assist with network monitoring, security patches, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR 1+ years relevant experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
