In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external clients, ensuring seamless operations and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and resolve IT tickets efficiently.
- Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring network performance, diagnosing connectivity issues, and performing basic network configurations.
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripheral devices across the office.
- System Updates: Apply patches, updates, and security protocols to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- User Assistance: Train employees on new software tools and provide technical guidance to foster a productive work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional IT experience required, but familiarity with computers and operating systems is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and web browsers.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems logically and methodically.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends during critical system updates.
