Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal/external users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance protocols
- Execute system backups, patches, and software updates across enterprise environments
- Support cloud migration projects including Azure and AWS environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
- Strong communication skills for documenting technical procedures
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
