Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across diverse systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Install/configure desktops, laptops, and network equipment
- Document incidents and maintain ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problems
- Execute preventative maintenance and system updates
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Train on industry-standard tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
