Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving user-reported problems via ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Support cloud-based applications and security protocols
- Document procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's/Bachelor's degree in IT preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
