Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Assist with network setup, configuration, and basic security protocols
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document technical processes and maintain support ticket systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or CompTIA Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
