Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems

- Participate in system monitoring and proactive maintenance activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
