Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across 500+ workstations
- Resolve Tier 1/2 support tickets via ServiceNow and Jira
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure deployments
- Conduct user training sessions on new IT systems
- Collaborate with network engineers on VLAN implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment installation
- Valid California driver's license for on-site support
