Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Implement security protocols and best practices across systems
- Assist with user training and onboarding of new technologies
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
