Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 200+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations using imaging tools
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches/Routers
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects (security audits, migrations)
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Complete monthly training modules towards CompTIA A+ certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ preferred
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, OS fundamentals, and networking
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and diagnostic tools
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Missouri driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Passion for continuous learning and technology troubleshooting
