Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware/software systems
- Provide tier-1 technical support for end-user devices and networks
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system migrations
- Execute routine security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train colleagues on new software implementations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must relocate to Saint Paul metro area
