Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Document incidents and resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct user training on basic IT systems and security protocols
- Participate in cross-functional projects for infrastructure upgrades
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
