Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with workstation setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Document incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and protocols
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Conduct routine system updates and patch management
- Support internal users via phone, email, and remote assistance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
