Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure company-provided hardware including workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools and documentation systems
- Perform system installations, updates, and security patches on company devices
- Create and maintain technical documentation for IT assets and procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Provide tier-1 support to internal staff via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work with hardware components
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge (training provided)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
