Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Configure and set up new workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain network security and performance.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications (we support training).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
