Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Conduct routine system checks and preventative maintenance
- Deliver exceptional user support via phone, email, and remote access
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for equipment retrieval if needed
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
