Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for employees.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and ticketing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, and network printers.
- Deploy and configure new hardware and software installations.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex network problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional on-call rotation.
