Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 hardware/software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Deploy and configure new workstations using provided company equipment
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic diagnostics
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions for emerging technologies
- Support end-users through ticketing systems and remote assistance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware components
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Ability to learn technical procedures quickly with provided resources
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-covered)
- Must be available for on-call rotation after training period
