Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure workstations using SCCM and Intune
- Support network infrastructure including Cisco routers and switches
- Manage Active Directory and Office 365 administration tasks
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training phase)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
