Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users across diverse departments
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance with exceptional customer service
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate system documentation
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement network security protocols
- Assist in deploying and updating software patches across organizational devices
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, CompTIA) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Proactive learning attitude and willingness to master new technologies
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) a plus
