Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop equipment for new employees
- Assist with network maintenance and security updates
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Provide tier-1 user support for 200+ internal/external clients
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Train on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits
