Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and software deployment
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex system issues
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical expertise
- Monitor system performance and report potential security risks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
