Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure cloud tools (Microsoft 365, Azure) for 100+ users
- Document SOPs using ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and maintain asset inventories
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance audits
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Provide tier-1 support via ticketing systems and helpdesk channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in OS troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
