Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and security incident response
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting cases
- Participate in regular training sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
