Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for 500+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting procedures in knowledge base
- Collaborate with network/security teams on incident resolution
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Contribute to IT infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Basic understanding of PC hardware/software concepts
- Customer service experience (retail/helpdesk)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship or legal residency required
