Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage Active Directory and network infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex projects
- Support cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and security protocols
- Train end-users on technology best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking
