Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance tools
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols and compliance
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Conduct user training sessions on new software implementations
- Assist in disaster recovery testing and system maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) or helpdesk software
- Strong analytical and communication skills with customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server room environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional site visits
- Must pass background check and drug screening
