Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients
- Deploy and configure company-provided hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, security, and system issues
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
