Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate records
- Participate in hands-on training sessions covering networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Assist in maintaining company IT infrastructure and assets
- Develop foundational knowledge of ITIL best practices
Qualifications
