Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Document technical processes and maintain support tickets
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Participate in ongoing skills development and training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CompSci degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license (for on-site support)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
