Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across corporate systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment
- Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity and security protocols
- Document technical issues and solutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in infrastructure maintenance projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for occasional site visits
