Responsibilities

- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and compliance
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+ included)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of OS fundamentals (Windows/Linux)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting aptitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced technical environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
